Pooches on the Green
Fido and Lady are busily getting ready for this years Pooches on the Green. FidosCityGuide is really excited about joining the fun in Beaverton this year.
Dogs and their friends are once again invited to celebrate St. Paw-trick’s day at the City of Beaverton’s Pooches on the Green event on March 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in City Park (5th Street and Hall Boulevard). This year’s event will feature the Sir James McDonald Pipe Band, Murray School of Irish Dancing, contests and a demonstration from the Beaverton Police K9 Unit.
We'd like to invite everyone to stop by Pooches on the Green and meet Fido and Lady, they are looking forward to meeting you.

Comment by Hank Delison on March 11, 2010 at 5:01pm - I've seen the Sir James McDonald Pipe Band before and, being a bagpiper myself, I can tell you they are some really talented kids. As for the Murray School of Irish Dancing take a look at the skirts. The more decoration on the skirts indicates a better dancer. Again a great group of kids. This sounds like an event not to be missed.
