6 Police clerks lose jobs, restricting public to East /No. precincts/Traffic-Training Div at night.

Last year the city consolidated 5 precints to 3, closing North (N Philadelphia) and SE (47/Burnside). St. John's community was upset losing connection to police. Training moved to this location and Traffic to former SE location. They assured citizens of St. John's they'd have a place where one could speak in person, i.e. desk clerks. Greetings Portlanders. I'm a 39 year old single white male planning to move to your fine city this fall/winter. I'm hoping you can give me some advice on where to live.
