This is pretty cool

For months we've been wanting to spruce up PortlandNeighborhood.com - in fact, it has "neighborhood" right in the name, so it seems like it should have more community ties...but how do we make that happen? Social networking, of course. Technical skills (or lack thereof) and not enough free time has been an obstacle in meeting this goal--until now.
