OPEN HOUSE: The International School at South Waterfront

October 22, 2010 from 9am to 12pm
Parents are invited to an open house of Spanish, Chinese and Japanese immersion for prek to 5th grade. Children become fluent in a second language, at home in other cultures, and engaged in math, science, social studies and arts. The International School is Portland’s first International Baccalaureate elementary school. Open house Friday October 22 from 9am to noon. Details at intlschool.org

About Me:
The International School provides a multicultural environment where children are fully immersed in Spanish, Japanese or Chinese language and culture from age 3 through 5th grade. Children become fluent in another language, at home in other cultures, and engaged in math, science, social studies and arts. The International School was founded in 1990 and today educates nearly 400 students.

The relaxed, multicultural feel.

Downtown Portland - a real city with greenery!
