Just thought I'd let you know I made some minor changes to the parent group name and description. Nothing major, but I was worried that using the word "New" might keep other parents from joining. I figure it's the parents with older kids that have had more time to discover all the fun things Portland has to offer with the kids, so it would be nice to hear from them too. Not that you didn’t have plenty of suggestions yourself :) Thanks again for that list!

Hey there- nice to see you on here! I enjoyed your website. Nice pic at the bottom with the cat. I love those 'real life' shots. Most of my photos have a basset hound tail or butt sticking out of what might have been a nice or possibly staged shot.

Not moving the whole thing over (yet), just the parts that make sense (like this part). Thanks for visiting, and of course we welcome your input and ideas as we try to make the site more useful and fun. We are taking next Friday off work for a "rebuild the site" marathon work session!
