Hi! Thanks for inviting us. My boyfriend and I are in the process of buying our first home, but we live in Seattle. :) We run our own business, and have been going through with some creative financing options. It's been harrying and fun.

wow, sounds like a great concept for a new reality show, there is nothing more real than becoming a first-time homeowner! except for becoming a first-time parent of course, although you don't get an agent to help you broker that one ;-) my process is done with, you could have captured me buying my home sight unseen via craigslist, the nasty local realtor who tried to sabotage my deal, me breaking down into tears the first time I finally saw the house.... I'm sure there are tons of great stories out there, and I look forward to watching them on HGTV! Good luck !!
