We live close to both and really like the neighborhoods. I don't know about apartment rents, though."

Donna Bender said… Great pictures, hey while you are out and about now is the time to keep an eye out for ladybug hatching. Yesterday I checked out my favorite and to my surprise they are out and about. Ladybugs move slowly now, they are still getting warm but they are out!
