Which Portland neighborhood do you call home? Or, are you Moving to Portland?
Montavilla
About Me:
I am an artist living in the Mile Post 5 Intentional Artist Community located at 850 NE 81st Ave.

I am a clown in the Portland Rose Festival. Watch for a fat pink ballerina riding a bike in the Portland Rose Festival Parade.

My water color painting show, celebrating several of the wonderful clowns in the Rose Festival Character Clown Copr. and several local area clowns , opens in the gallery at Mile Post 5 on April 6, 2012

My other art work may be seen the first of each month during the First Friday Art Walk. I am located on the 3rd floor of the Studio Building , along with many other amazing artists living at Mile Post 5

I am a film/ video producer. Photographer. Poet.
What do you love about Portland?
There's so much to love about Portland ! I love the night city sky line.

Independent film venues and support from the community to create those films.

Art, Art everywhere !!!

Friendly people. Beautiful trees . And Music.
My music:
I listen to a lot of classical music.

I recently started producing an Open Mic Session in the Mile Post 5 Restaurant Eat.Arts.Theater. on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm. I now have a weekly treat of listening to a variety of Portland's emerging musicians testing out their original music. You can watch them on our You Tube Channel Live From Mile Post 5 . But it's much better in person.
What's your favorite Portland neighborhood and why?
Currently, it's Montanvilla because that's where Mile Post 5 is located. I am thrilled to have this unique opportunity to live and work in a completely creative environment.

I've lived in several neighborhoods in Portland and loved each new area. Seriously, how can one choose when each provides such a unique experience and flavor for life. Visit them all. Hang out in Portland for a while.
Favorite quote:
Two Roads diverged in the woods.
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
