We are a small apartment community of 22 units. In the heart of the Lake Oswego Village, in First addition, We boast a walk ability score of 95. We are close to everything you need, right here in the neighborhood. Tri Met transit mall at Safeway, within a few blocks. Iron House has one and two bedroom apartment homes, with unique architectural style.
What do you love about Portland?
It's green, lush and beautiful. Close to the mountains and the ocean. Hikers,bikers,skiers,snowboarders,windsurfers,kayakers,canoers,
walkers, sailors, water skiers paradise...we have it all in the NW. I love Portland !

First Addition. I call it home for many years. It is the best place to live !
