Welcome to the Portland Neighborhood Group. If you have an interest in photography you should check out Northwest Center for Photography(NCP) and i witness gallery.
NCP workshops and classes cover everything related to image making—from the moment of exposure to the art of presentation and everything in between. Workshops and classes are designed for digital, film and video or B&W wet processing in our community darkroom.
NCP’s team of professional instructors—all passionate about photography—is committed to advancing the challenged and challenging the advanced. NCP believes having fun while learning is essential to the creative process and our goal is to provide a range of workshops suitable for the broadest audience—whether being taken for personal enrichment or if one is pursuing a career.
i witness gallery features work created by photographers from the Northwest exclusively. This includes work by seasoned and emerging professionals, as well as student work created during NCP workshops.
GALLERY HOURS are Tue-Fri, noon-6pm and Sat from 1-6pm. The gallery is open late for First Friday Gallery walks from 6-9 p.m.) Free admission.

This exciting new exhibit explores the construction and design of windows throughout history with an emphasis on local companies, artisans, and products.Industry and Artistry focuses on the years 1880 to 1930 when art glass and millwork manufacturing were at their heights in Portland and the United States.
