Fall is around the corner, and for me this is my favorite time of year. Leaves begin to turn and the changing of the season is in the air. I enjoy long walks in the urban jungle before the rains come.....the crisp air, clear sunny skies (hopefully) and a hot cup of tea!
It is also the time when kids go back to school and leave moms with a little more time...hopefully for you! This is the time to get back on track before the holidays hit! I am excited to release our new programs which guarantee results in a short time, only 6 weeks. Call us or stop by to check out our new fitness programs!

I have been working out steadily now for about two months. I got out of shape over the past year or so, and got determined to get back into the fit healthy person that I once was. Working out 5+ days a week seems to finally be starting to pay off. Riding my bike to work every day also helps. Portland is a great city for that! I love riding my bike in the morning and seeing our cityscape, sunlight bouncing off the river, and ducks and geese paddling up the Willamette. Now, that's inspiration!

Welcome to a passion of mine-- celebrating life and my body as often as humanly possible. Bike riding, yoga, walking, hiking, running stairs, dancing- you name it! Lets get fit and stay fit, together!
