Portland bars on National List!
The current issue of Draft magazine has an article on Portland beer at http://www.draftmag.com/beertowns/detail/portland and five Portland bars made the magazine's list of the country's 200 best beer bars: Henry's, Belmont Station, Concordia Ale House, Green Dragon and Higgins Restaurant and Bar on SW Broadway.

Hey! Thanks for sharing! I love the Concordia Ale House (I am a pinball junkie!!) and the Belmont Station. Higgins is nice, too but have only been once. Too spendy for me...and too close to work!

I've only been to Henry's and also Green Dragon, but just once. I need to check all of these other places out and it sounds like Concordia might be first for beer AND pinball.

Given that I haven't been to or even HEARD of some of Angela's favorite bars in the NE, I seriously need to plan a pub crawl at some point in the near future. Hell, I probably need to that for my own SE section of town ... followed by SW and NW!

My buddy Nate keeps that magazine next to his toilet, so I read it whenever I'm there! I'll be sure to check that out!!!
Can't WAIT to get there and check out all the breweries. I am a native michigander, so breweries have a special place in my heart!!!
