Wow! PDX has changed since I left in 1995!
(disclaimer - this post is an effort to network into a gig)
I just moved back to PDX after living and working in New England the last thirteen years. I am seeking a restaurant startup to join with. I have spent the past several years consulting hospitality operations and food manufacturers in strategic brand/concept development and have been Executive Chef eight times.
